At Next Steps Therapy, we are committed to restoring and enhancing function, independence, and resilience through personalised, mobile physiotherapy services. Established by two best mates Nic and Sav who completed their Masters in Physiotherapy together back in 2014. Our mission is simple: empower individuals to move better, feel stronger, and live life with greater freedom and wellbeing, no matter their age.

Drawing from decades of experience across hospital, private, and defence settings, we bring expert care directly to our clients. We really care about our community and hope to make a difference through our engagements.
